Jamie Ivey brings her unique background and design sensibility together to create authentic, lasting, quality design to clients both local and afar.
She graduated from Virginia Tech with an Industrial and Systems Engineering degree, and worked for over 7 years as an IT consultant and project manager for management consulting firms in New York City and Washington DC. Though quite successful, her passion for design finally took over, where she made the choice to change careers. She attended Virginia Tech again, this time in their prestigious interior design program, where she received numerous local, regional, and national design awards. Throughout her time there, she interned at two regionally prominent firms on the east coast, working on corporate office design.
Upon graduation, Jamie relocated to southern California and joined the world renowned firm of WATG/Wimberly Interiors, where she worked on local luxury hospitality projects from concept through construction administration. While at Wimberly, she met Meagan Jacobi and soon joined forces with her at Cobico, working on a number of high-end international and local projects.
Jamie is now branching out on her own, working on a number of high-end residential and commercial projects. She and her husband Trip call Richmond, Virginia home, where they are currently renovating a 63-year old brick fixer upper while juggling work and raising their son Jack.
